A Typical Day at Global Kids (Bachpan)

A world of learning and doing, friends and fun, games and activities that's Global Kids for a child. To develop the overall personality of a child, a typical day at Global Kids packs in the right amount of learning with fun in a very creative and interesting way.

Greeting Time Here the teacher trains children to form the habit courteously greeting each other, teacher, principal with due respect.
Planning Time: The children are divided into groups under a teacher. The teacher facilitates in encouraging the children to communicate their interests and learn to plan.
Work Time . Children work in the areas of interest such as Plays, Puppets and dramatic plays with freedom to change areas.
Clean Up Time Children learn to become responsible and independent by putting away their own materials & helping others to clean up.
Recall Time: The children return to the work areas and are encouraged to recall what they have learnt so far.

Small Group Time : The children are divided into groups to work on cognitive, language and fine motor skills, memory game with cards, fruit and vegetable prints with paint. Real footprints and baby footprints (with palm).
Large Group Time: All children gather with a teacher to participate in home, shop and housekeeping, songs, finger plays, circle games and playground activity.
Story Lime : Activities include story, dramatization, rhythmic movement etc
Outside Time : Activities include playing with boxes, sidewalk chalk, blowing or chasing bubbles, playing in sand or water. Swings and sports items are also used. Grow seeds, plant and basic works in a garden.

Learning Room

Learning room provides a touch of formalities in learning, grace, elegance, sophistication and intellectual patronage to the growing minds. The state of art technology and computer systems serves as a learning aid to our children.

Play-Way Learning Room

The play way learning room is a nice big and spacious. Pictures, puzzles, learning toys and educational games. Pictorial books and a whole lot of things that help in language and social development. The play way learning room has been divided into different corners like -

Communication Skills and Public Speaking Corner : Communication and Public Speaking are among the most critical skills to achieve success in life. Your child must possess good communication and Public Speaking skills. At Global Kids, we constantly improve the child's vocabulary and expression in language. We also get them to perform young. It helps rid them of stage fright and builds confidence.

Individual Skill Development Corner : This area exposes your child to a variety of skills, mental, emotional, social, physical, creative and artistic. Here the child learns good manners and etiquettes in relation to self, family and the society, a parallel world that helps in social development of the child.

Environmental Corner : Here the child to learn concepts related to the conservation of our natural, physical & social environment. The child is taught to be kind to family, plants, animals and birds, not damage or harm our surroundings.

Creativity Center : Do you know that every child has hidden talents. The Creativity Center is a place where children learn art and craft as well as participate in music and dance. We nurture their inherent talents and bring out their creativity.

General Mannerisms Corner : General Mannerisms and dining corner is equipped with material to promote personal/table manners, etiquettes and courtesies.

Rest Corner : Our little ones do also get tired. The soft lullabies will put them to dreams in our Rest Area. It was a bliss in that dawn to be there and to have been with Global Kids is heavenly.

The Environment and Infrastructure

Global Kids has unmatched infrastructure and facilities providing a rich environment "where lifetime learning begins". Global Kids is a child-friendly, safe, hygienic, purposefully-built. Our clean comfortable classrooms and various activity areas are uniquely designed to address each child's needs, abilities and development level.

Dance Floor, Treasure Hunt, Merry Go Around, self Exploration Area, Individual and Team Work Area, The Ball- pool, Splashpool, skating-rink, sand-pit, puppet zone, computer center, science corner, puzzles room, etc. are used for the all-round development of children.

The colourful theme walls and age-appropriate colourful furniture make the school dream place for the children where they would like to spend most of their time. The classes and play areas are completed with relevant colourful non toxic toys. They are used as teaching aids and help the child to develop various skills. The entire school has been divided into playful learning zones. The result is an environment from which the child's mind soaks knowledge like a sponge soaks water.

Audio-Video (AV) Room

Audio-Visual medium as we already know is most powerful tool of influence in the present day generation. We at GPS understand this and we have an array of video films needed to impart conceptual knowledge in an exciting manner.

Our children venture to adventure with a whole lot of carefully planned outdoor physical activities. The jungle trail with innocent obstacles will take children to a scenic environment where we have replicated mountains, deserts and plains all in the same neighbourhood. Imagine for yourself the world at Global Kids. Our children conquer hills, build sand castles, walk through the plains, splash through the waters to push the waves back to the seas faster than the tides bring them to the shore.
